Peaceful Refunds & Returns

Magic and Mood is a small, heart‑led business. Everything we create is designed to be supportive, accessible, and thoughtfully made. This policy explains how refunds and returns work so expectations feel clear and kind for everyone.


1. Digital Products (Guidebooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final.

If you experience a technical issue — such as trouble downloading your file — we’re always happy to help. Just reach out and we’ll make sure you receive what you purchased.


2. Physical Products (if you offer them now or in the future)

If you sell physical items (prints, cards, kits, etc.), you can use this section now or save it for later.

You may choose one of these options:

Option A: No returns on physical items

If you prefer simplicity:

• All physical product sales are final

• If something arrives damaged, we will replace it or offer store credit

Option B: Returns accepted within 14 days

If you want a more flexible policy:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping

• Refund issued once the item is received
