Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final.
If you experience a technical issue — such as trouble downloading your file — we’re always happy to help. Just reach out and we’ll make sure you receive what you purchased.
2. Physical Products (if you offer them now or in the future)
If you sell physical items (prints, cards, kits, etc.), you can use this section now or save it for later.
